The first symbol is a half note so in 4/4 time it would count for two beats. The second symbol is a quarter note so in 4/4 time it would count for one beat. The last symbols are rests. If the dash is below a line then i counts for 4 beats of rest in 4/4 time. If the dash is above the line the rest lasts for 2 beats.

The first note is 2 beats in 4/4 time, the 2nd note you showed me was 1 beat in 4/4 time, and the last one you showed me are rests which mean to pause through all 3 measures. And the names of them if I remember from my piano lessons was this. The first note you showed is called a half note which is 2 beats in 4/4 time, the 2nd note you showed me is called a quarter note and is only 1 beat, and the last picture you showed me is 4 beats of resting/pausing which because there is 3 measures that means you have to rest or pause for 12 beats total. Goodluck!

Every musician needs to know the basics of music theory.

Piano tab is instrument-specific i.e. piano only, and staff notation is not. This limitation means that only a piano players can read piano tab, while music written in staff notation can be played by any instrument. Reading solely from tab may cause problems when playing music with other musicians such as guitarist, saxophonist or violinist. Beside this, it also prevents the piano player from playing pieces that are composed for other instruments (because most of them are written in staff notation). In contrast, a musicians who reads staff notation can understand such pieces, make necessary adjustments and play them on a piano. A piano player who reads solely from tab requires someone to transcribe the piece for them, or figure it out from a recording (if there is one.)

If you want to be a well rounded musician you will learn theroy.
