Question 2 =I Want To Learn Double Bass With Finger (Jazz) Is it necessary to learn it with bow at first?

The classical double bass is the same thing played in jazz. You don't have to learn how to play classically if you just want to play jazz. But it always helps. Versatile bass players are paid a lot. I learned jazz first, and then picked up the bow a couple of years later. It's really not much harder. Also, there are times in jazz when you're called on to bow a few notes, generally in ballads. So it's always nice to have that skill.

They are the same instrument, just played differently. The jazz double bass is plucked by the fingers, and is played like a bass guitar, but upright. The classical is played with a bow, somewhat like a violin.

Yeah, I find it irresistible!!!! Especially at a live performance while they have got it cranked up with triggers, DAMN, it actually shakes you! As I Lay Dying's drummer is relatively well and technical with it.
