Yes, Virginia, people do fail Driver's Ed, just like any other class.

I don't think you can fail the class, but if you fail the DMV test for your permit enough times, then you have to retake the class. I think it's 5 failures that make you retake the class.

You take a test at the end that you have to get so many correct on. When I took it, two people failed. All I know is the instructor kept them afterwards; don't know if he was able to pass them or not.

What do you think? If you don't absorb the knowledge and preparation of course you'll fail. Take full advantage of every minute of your class and you'll be more aware of how you should drive properly. Count yourself very fortunate.
