Hi there if your minds in the gutter you just have to remember that the gutters no place for a lady, You got to pick yourself up dust yourself off and start all over again.
Mostly when we find ourselves stuck in the gutter other people have pushed us there you have to show that you can take the knocks and come back with a smile on your face.
Try listening to Mick Jagger/Peter Tosh duet "walk an don't look back" it always picks me up.

My mind spends that much time in the gutter that I've never attempted to try and get out of it.
