Norman, since you come across as such a sexist caveman, I would love to have you come to my house and watch you clean and do all my dishes and laundyr since you apparently think that it is beneath a man to do such things. Wake up and smell 2007! Men should be equal partners in their home, and as such, should be doing half of the housework!

Did you not see the study they just did that shows that sharing housework appeared to be a key to a healthy and happy marriage?

I I prefer to do my own laundry. Back when I was single and lived in a big city and had no convenient laundry facilities, I had a cleaners pick it up and do it once a week, but I just wasn't crazy about the way they did it, so as soon as I had a place with laundry facilities, I did it myself again.

I would prefer to wash my own laundry but my maid could fold and hang up all of it when it gets finished. That's the worst part.

I rather do my own laundry that way I know it's done right. Only use the cleaners for items that's for dry clean only.

i prefer to do my own laundry since most of my stuff has to be hung up and not put in the dryer. i am better off doing it myself. as for the rest of my laundry: linens and things i would rather send them out instead of doing it all on mondays.

If I could afford a maid, she could do it. I don't mind washing, it's the ironing that gets tiresome. Never mind about dry cleaning, it's too far away and too expensive.
