no, everyone is different when taking the morning after pill, some people get no side effects at all, and some people can feel really sick after taking it.

some women may experience a change in their next period. It may come early, on time, or be late.
most women will get their period 7 to 9 days after taking the morning after Pill

but other common side effects can include breast tenderness, fatigue, headache, abdominal pain, and dizziness.
since the morning-after pill is a short-term treatment, these symptoms should resolve shortly after you complete the two doses (or the newer morning after Pill, of one Pill instead of two)

"Always"?! How often do you take it? Geesh. If you're having frequent sex, especially without a condom (which are not FDA approved, I don't think; Yet, ironically, some things that shouldn't be FDA approved are...) I would think you would be just as worried about getting STDs. Keep your pants on, be a lady and you don't have to worry.
