Sunshine Coast - Australia Zoo - (Steve Irwin and Family) http://www.australiazoo.com.au - it's near the Glasshouse Mountains - spend an hour walking up - amazing ! http://www.glasshousemountains.com.au
Noosa is gorgeous although quite small.... Rainbow beach - Carlo Sand Blows http://cooloola.org.au/content_article.php?CategoryID=47&ArticleID=10 - from there take a short boat ride to Tin Can Bay and feed the wild dolphins that come in each morning. You can also take a barge to Fraser Island (World Heritage Listed) from Rainbow beach - a must see !
Fraser Island is a giant sand island famous for its dingos, wildlife, native birds, rainforests, creeks, lakes, and beautiful scenery. Tourists flock to Fraser Island to see its variety of beaches, its many lakes and creeks, towering rainforest, and native wildlife.
