extremely boring... i feel so sleepy

well my day started of with me looking at myself in the mirrow naked , and saying to my self what a nice looking fellow you are , and then going to a shower and haveing a cold one to cool me down smile. then i went to the eye specalist , as my eye was sore,then to physio , to have my lower back fixed up . then i came home , and i ws going to take my young daughter to the shops again but it has been raining here all day, and the tempwas only8% , right now i write this it is minus 1% and cold up in the mountaints it is snowing , and the temp is minus5% , i think that would freeze your middle wicket of , so instead my Daughter and i went next door to our neibroughs house and had a little bit of a cup of tea and some CRUMPETS , very nice to , at about 6p.m i cooked lour dinner , and now i am waiting for the night nurse to come in time is 12.25a.m wed so i had a good day

mines going ok so far i had to go in early like 430 this morning but not too bad at all.
