"L7" means "square", which is slang for an uncool person. It comes from making the "L" shape with one hand and the "7" shape with the other. Connect them together and you have a square shape.

L7 means to be a square, or uncool, by putting your hands together forming a L and a 7 you get a square. Paul McCartney talks about how that inspired him to come up with the phrase C Moon, which means something complete like a circle (put a c together with a half moon and you have a complete circle).
