The thing about Family Guy is that it's very funny, but you kinda have to let yourself go. For one, each episode's plot is a bit inconsistant, so don't bother trying to find a moral to the story or some kind of lesson to be learned. Each episode is basically one random joke after another. Sometimes its hilarious, other times you're not sure what the hell they're even talking about. Personally, I find the show to be quite hilarious...I just hate the episodes when they try to ram their liberal opinions down your throat.

family guy is amazing, peter griffin is the big dumb dad who always gets in a bit of a situation, I loved the episode where his mum went out with the news reader and he became childlike and he was his stepdad for a while. brian the alcholic dog he likes to sing and hang around with evil stewie whos planning to get revenge on his mother. Yep it has darker adult humour and its not for the easily offended. It can sometimes be not politically correct but the stupidness of it all is the funniest part.

Hmmm.. its hard to explain - it has some really random moments, obviously a bit more surreal than most. But since the new simpsons episodes contiunously have 'star guests' and are just plain awful and way too wacky, so I stick with family guy

The first season started slow, but it really started hitting its mark by season two.
Some jokes are hit and miss, but when it does hit, then it is quite funny. I just wish it would stop with all the music numbers though.

This is more lile a Simpsons movie.Do you know why?
Politics and social issues are the themes worked on.

Quagmire:
"Hey there sweetie, how old are you"
Girl
"Sixteen"
Quagmire
"Eighteen? You're first!"
Girl
"Mom!"
Quagmire
"I like where this is going, Giggedy giggedy Gig-gedy"
My top favourite character is Stewie though
"I've got a present for you. 'll give you a hint. It's in my diaper and it's not a toaster!"
