Does f(x) have a horizontal asymptote? If so what is it?

Yes, because lim ( x--> oo) (4x²-8)/(3x²-48) = lim ( x--> oo) (4 -8/x^2)/(3 - 48/x^2) = 4/3 and lim (x --> -oo) 4x²-8)/(3x²-48) = 4/3 too. The only asymptote has equantio y = 4/3.
