I'm waiting for a call from a company I auditioned for last week, they said it'd be Mon-Thurs which means I've got 2 days left to wait...
What's worse is they said if I didn't get in, they won't ring for another week or so, so I don't even know if it's worth me waiting at all...
They have hundreds of people to call and I may not even be one of them...
How can I take my mind off it?

Depends on which phone they are going to call on. if it's the home phone then obviously you can't be going out anywhere, so it's going to be the tried and tested methods of DVD's, Books ( if that's ya fancy) and generally doing some of the things that you have been putting off for ages . Tidy the cupboard under the stairs etc...
If it's your mobile that their going to be calling well, the world is your oyster. Go see friends, family, check out some the local places you've never been ( I lived in London for years and finally went to see the sights while waiting for a call about my last job - I got the job as well)
Couple of tips though.
Wherever you go take a pen and paper with you in case you have to write something down.
Never go anywhere where you can't get peace and quiet to answer the call ( definately Don't go to the pictures!!) and don't get caught in the Pub...lol

Just take up a sport or an acitvity you enjoy in your own home and this will pass the time , another sollution is to play world of warcraft which is a game which ruins your life and makes you have no social life , but hay you will hear the phone ring

I know this feeling of waiting phonecalls...
I had an appointment with one of my collegues in the evening,but till then I have hardly studied.because this appointment made a place in my mind and my mind kept it as an important factor.I think,you should go on your everyday life and stop thinking about it.How?
At first,never get this out of your mind:They will call me whatever I do and I can not change their minds so I have not anything to do to make their decisions,I haven't the chance to say 'Let's call me,I have been waiting your calls for ages.'
So I suggest you to go on your daily works and studies.This call will come to you one day.Life would go on even if you were not accepted as a result of your application.I hope this helps your mind relax...

Ring Interflora and ask for cheapest corparate arrangment.It may cost you a few quid.I recon you'll get a reply though,before Friday.

take bull by horns-ring them!
their answer is only going to be same if they ring you-while you `nailbite`!
it also shows that you `want it`-not just going for `another`-and ? get lucky!
life`s too short for waiting on others ok!
