I don't know if anyone has seen these photos or not but here's the link anyway, to the remarkable (and opinionated) Mr Paulo Reis in Portugal. Just, er, 'scroll down, sir'.
And sorry SaturnFive - more wee arrows.
It was always interesting that there was none of the usual access to the Resort for the press, especially as residents were still making use of the facilities! No walk-through of the possible routes taken, footage of inside the tapas bar or the apartment (or even one like it).
It was only with these pics that I realised that the little white alleyway the McCanns used to be seen walking down and back again is actually part of the route from the apartment to the bar.
That would all be standard coverage in the UK press - particularly with so much debate about sight-lines, distances, timings, access and so on, which is still going on.
Now the apartment has been sold and we still don't know what it actually looked like.

There is no line of sight - only something white through the trees perhaps. This and the fact that Madeleine's window is at the back and the unlocked gate blows any excuse that the McCanns come up with right out of the water.
Interesting to see that the group of adults were safe in the bar within the walled area, and the children were more or less out in the open.
I think a lot of people don't realise that the Mark Warner resort isn't exclusive and only for their holidaymakers - it's actually built around the ordinary homes and buildings of Praia de Luz. The main road going past Madeleine's window could have had anybody in the Algarve driving past.

My garden is bigger than that. The walled garden where I sit in the evening is probably slightly further. I can see the childrens rooms but some trees are in the way. I do not stay in just to listen out for my soundly sleeping babes, rather I deliberatly leave my wine in the house so I go in every 20 mins or so to top up and listen out. If I have been doing that for say 3 years and then something happened, would the 3 years of non event be ingored in favour of a freak occurance. I really don't think I would have been asking for it. Someone stalking your family all week knowing your every move will get what they want regardless and that abduction was meticulously planned, I could not reduce that risk I think it would have occurred anyway.
There is a huge amount of intelligence in America, yet somone wanted to cause damage and planned 9/11 with great sucsess, you could not make that stuff up. Should MI5 be questioned and jailed for that as they should have protected themselves from that. I mean they had half an incline anyhow?

i think of that there is a huge distinction. the topic is that maximum "fluffies" call themselves "Eclectic," which confuses the topic. A fluffy is somebody who has no carry close of background, and little or no understanding of the Craft, yet refuses to learn. they think of that Wicca is in spite of they like it to be, and that anybody who tells them otherwise is illiberal, judgemental, or dogmatic. they are, on the single hand, very close-minded to particular books, authors, and traditions that they erroneously think of are "dark," and on the different hand, so open-minded that their brains have fallen out. For a number of them, Wicca is a political assertion. For some it justifies their animosity against Christianity, or against men, or against their mom and father, or against the "Normals" extra often than no longer. For some that's myth fulfillment. It makes them experience like they have administration in an otherwise overwhelming worldwide the place they previously felt thoroughly powerless. some have misplaced touch, to a pair volume, and think of that they are residing an episode of Charmed, or they are able to't tell the version between Wicca and a D&D interest -- the forms of folk who forged spells with a d20. some fluffies are in simple terms youthful dabblers -- some will advance out of it, and a few will become it. Others are in simple terms posers who're using the Craft to look cool. So the version between an Eclectic and a Fluffy isn't any rely if or no longer you recognize what you're doing, or care to. An Eclectic takes an experimental attitude to Magick, using what works from one among those traditions. Eclecticism takes a superb kind of analyze, a superb kind of artwork. Fluffies often call themselves "Eclectic" because of the fact they think of it excuses them from doing the analyze. yet, because of the fact the previous saying is going, you may understand the regulations previously you could smash them.

Line of sight means visible from point A to point B. A microwave transmitter must be visible to the distant microwave receiving aerial. The TV aerial on your house, must be in line of sight of the TV transmitter aerial in order to receive a clear and uninterrupted picture and audio. If this is not the case, then ghosting is likely. This effect is caused by the transmitted signal from the TV transmitter aerial being bounced off nearby buildings on down to your TV receiver aerial. In other words, instead of one clear picture, a picture is received with a ghost overlapping, visible around the edges which sometimes flickers.

Next thing we'll hear is that they can walk on water. And turn it into wine.
Oh sorry.......they are already walking on thin ice thanks to Gerry's cold personality.
The wine bit they've already done.
