The fastest computer in the world today? No, it would not. A computer that's speed was infinite could possibly shut down before it started. However, computer's tend to shut down when humans tell them to, so the computer may still have to wait for the slower human brain before it can shut down unless it starts up and shuts down automatically or can somehow predict the human's actions. Am I making any sense?
