I used to love Special K but they changed the flakes!! They used to be small and sort of oval shaped and they tasted different, now they are like every other flake out there, I think my mom and I are the only ones that remember the old flakes. I love frosted shredded wheat though.

On your list I would chose Frosted Flakes.
Other favorites of mine are Cocoa Krispies, Raisin Bran, and Super Golden Crisp... I use to like Sugar Smacks until Kellogg added honey to them.. now they are called Honey Smacks... YUCK

it somewhat is greater a question of character, would u like the instantaneous satisfaction of the sugary frosted flakes, or the later satisfaction of the milk left at the back of with the help of cocoa puffs. i will could take the later

I'm not really a cereal eater. When I do it cereal I like raisin bran or corn pops.
