basically, you body thinks it needs chocolate or junk food... try substituting fiber, fruits, and vegetables... lots of water too... It may take a while to get completely in control and it is okay to have a bad day... Don't beat yourself up on it...

I am being serious when I say this...lol

A few years back I wanted to stop drinking all soda and quit eating junk food. So, I bought a huge bag of gummy bears. For a week I would grab those gummy bears, like 10 and eat those. It broke my habit. I made sure I ate more meals at home and things that were good for me. Eventually I stopped eating the gummy bears too. :) That is what worked for me.

Next time go out to an open salad bar - even if you really are not in the mood and feel despondent filling your first plate. Once you taste it, your real anti-junk taste buds will burst back to life and you'll be ready to eat in a more healthy way again!
It's all about balance........

It's called self-discipline, it is noones reponsibility but your own to control what you eat. If you can't control control what you put in you mouth how can you possibly control any other aspect of your life? It starts with the basics, get control now because a life of junk food and being unhealthy is a slipperly slope you do not want to start down....

Have a couple of days total detox - fruit and veg and water only.

You need to reducate your taste buds - all that revolting fat in junk food is addictive!!

Get out and exercise - thats addictive too :)

i have the same problem, but here's a couple of sayings that might help:

"the sooner you exert the discipline, the sooner you will be enjoying the results"

and,

"nothing tastes as good as thin / healthy feels"

also, try going for a walk when you get cravings, no matter what time of day or night it is...

hmmmmmm
try not to think about food....you should practice self control...NOW DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!! but just try to cut back...
you know maybe you are nervous about something and food calms you down which is not good....
or maybe you should ask a doctor
i've heard that one early sign of diabetes is excessive eating even when you are not hungry...
but i don't want to scare you....so you should just go check
