Isabella Van Dan sounds great just as it is. A middle name would make it long and drawn out as there are too many syllables otherwise. If you had to have a middle name it would have to be no more than 2 syllables.
Elijah Van Dan is also great on its own. With a double surname you don't need a middle name.

Estelle Grace would also be very pretty....
Grace seems to go with alot of the names, its such a pretty name.
As for the boys names, perhaps something like
