its been awhile since I was on the pill but I do remember that my period usually started several days after finishing the regular monthly pills and going on the white ones...maybe you should wait a few days and see what happens.

When you first start taking birth control. The very first time. You are supposed to start on the Day that your period starts. Then for the second month will it go into a regular cycle.
So, when you first start your period you are supposed to take the first pill in your pack.
After you have finished your last pill of the pack you should have 7 days without taking a pill...In that 7 days you should get your period. And after the 7 days whether or not you are still bleeding you start another pack.
So, by going with this, you should get your period when you finish your pack of pills. That's how it worked for me but like I said, I started my very first pack when I started my period and then went from there....It has been more than 5 years now and I can tell you exactly when I will get my period. Can almost set your watch to it that is how accurate it has become...
Did you start taking them when you started your period though?
White pills.....are you taking the brand that has 28 pills instead of 21? so those 7 pills are placebos right? Wait a few more days and it should come...After I stop taking the pills and am waiting the 7 days to start my new pack it takes 4 days of not taking pills before it will come...
Hope this helped!
Be careful and be safe! Birth control is not an entirely effective means to ensure you do not get pregnant. My mother got pregnant with me while she was on the Pill.

Yeah, if you just started it can take a few pill packs before your cycle gets regulated with your pills.

It will take a bit of time for your period to regulate if you are irregular.
