Proverbs 23:12 "Silent and listen are spelled with the same letters
MEDITATION is the restoration of the conscious mind by quieting the regular mind which has the bad habit of running on. Meditation has become, for me, a source of personal power and has substantially increased my retention and memory of dreams and visions, something I have struggled with previously. Since I have been meditating, for almost a year and one half now, I have not been sick.

Since there are different planes of existence, the struggles for freedom that we experience on the physical plane can also be manipulated from the other realms as well. "As above, so below."

I don't know who else here has experienced the freedom I speak about, but to me theres nothing like exploring outside of the physical body. It strengthens my position in realizing that we are in a Matrix of physical illusions. The only thing real is the Soul which is multidimensional and a well of knowledge seldomly explored.

Now that we have banded together against oppressive forces, we must balance the universe by letting go of those very same attributes that those oppressive forces have and use --- Destroy the EGO and allow the conscious mind to take control.

Does anyone share?

Maybe we can expand the possabilities of Freedom in sharing Meditation techniques?

Please chime in....
