Yes, this is normal. Estrogen is mainly responsible for the fertile quality cervical mucus so if you have high estrogen, or are estrogen dominant, then it is very normal to see patches of EWCM before and after O.
"EWCM comes from an estrogen increase. That usually happens several days prior to ovulation. But it also happens about a week after ovulation. So seeing EWCM again at that time is not unusual. "-- http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=53729
"Once ovulation has occurred, the cervical fluid dries up, and the vagina remains dry until the next cycle. However, many women do experience periods of "unexplained" EWCM both before and after ovulation."-- http://www.babysnark.com/ttc-fertility/ttc-fertility.asp

Yes, absolutely. The corpus luteum (follicle that housed the egg that was released) produces estrogen, sometimes causing fertile fluid after ovulation.

it quite is a triky one sure ovulation is egg white mucus however the sperm discharge a pair of days later seems an analogous, so the appropriate way around that's merely too calculate the main fertile days there became a sight i used in case you seek ovulation calculator it delivers dates to artwork with stable success.
