It does not require a stormy night (or even it being night) for me to like making love with a person. However, it does set a mood that will make the action be more intense because at times when there is a flash of lightning or a roll of thunder, it does draw you closer to the other physically. And thus intensify the experience.

Yeah it's pretty sweet. Especially if the weather's so bad she can't drive home and has no choice but to spend the night. Very nice!
