Yes, it gets tiring to smile ALL the time. But the twinkle in the eyes says it all. (^_^)

The depth of true happiness brings a sweet sweet peace. One who is experiencing this deep contentment can also be in deep thought, and will not always have a smile on their face. But if you look into their eyes you will see the happiness, and with "True Happiness" that smile is inevitable. It will manifest itself on the face sooner or later.

Some psychologists say the act of smiling sets off a physical reaction that cheers the person smiling and whoever sees the smile; it is automatic.

Yes. I'm not one of the women who smile a lot. I can be mildly happy and people wouldn't know.

I hardly smile except i'm thinking approximately it. Being satisfied has no longer something to do with facial expressions (the two that or I also have a lazy face). besides the shown fact that on John Tesh he observed how smiling can sign your innovations to make chemical substances to make you satisfied... something like that.

Not really, except perhaps when I'm asleep! I smile for no reason sometimes, the upside of that is I can have a seat all to myself on the bus!

Yes, but if I am completely happy I can't help but have a smile. As Cat Stevens used to say: Can't keep it in - can't hide it - and can't lock it away!

I'm sure it's possible, but I think smiling along with other certain things help release endorphins into the blood stream.
