It depends where I am and how is the condition of the toilet.
At home or any private places, of course I use my hand as a respect to the next user.
Public toilets found in the restaurant, malls, and gasoline station I use tissue when flushing.
I use my foot in the worst condition for slimy heavily used toilets.
I just cover my face in the extremely worst condition... lols!

public i take a towel with me to flush it
private my hand or elbow
i wash my hands before and after.. and like i said in a public bathroom i take a paper towel or toilet paper to flush it...
most publics have the autoflush

at home, by hand...public restrooms, by foot (if possible) but those auto flush are really the best...very sanitary indeed
