what are the signs you've personally noticed that indicate to you we are in the end times?
if the saying "every great empire/nation falls" is true, dont you think USA is headed for that? why or why not?

I hope that it is not happening. The USA can defend itself but the smaller countries with Deputy Dog leaders will be skrewed if the US goes down. There is only one thing protecting Australia from Islamic Indonesia (who we have annoyed many times over the years) and that is our allegiance with the US. God willing nothing happens.

I don't think there is a such thing as the "end times" you speak of. Oh yes, humanity will eventually go extinct and eons after that, the earth will be consumed by our dying sun. Humanity won't even be a memory by that time.
As for every nation falling, it is true. No country lasts forever. And yes, I think the USA is headed for that. Just like Rome. (The empire, not the city.) The USA started with high ideals, but soon degraded into callous politicians that come only from the ranks of the elite. They don't care about the poor or middle class, just the upper middle class and the rich. They start useless wars that they can't end. They run the economy into the gutter. Inflation is getting higher and higher. (In the final days of the Roman Empire, inflation was so bad and gold so worthless that Roman soldiers were paid in salt! Hence sayings like, "Not worth his salt.") Good jobs are harder to find. More people are poor than even middle class. And then, pretty soon, what's going to happen is that the poor are going to have nothing to lose. When that happens, there will be another civil war on our hands that will leave us open to invasion. Superpowers tend to collapse from within. I think that collapse is starting.

Oh yes. These are sad days for the USA- no one respects us.
Our foreign policy has even driven away those countries that would be our allies because of common interest.
The history books will read that the current president was the worst ever in foreign policy and we have borrowed so much money from abroad that we will not be financially stable for decades. He entered office with the first financial surplus in our history (thanks to Clinton) and he will leave us trillions of dollars in debt.
He is an ignorant Red Neck. He should have studied History while he was drinking and his daddy was buying him a degree.
