Contact the manufacturer. OR if your a home handyman/woman

Open your computer (dont do this if its a laptop) take out the CD drive making sure the power is off, Unscrew the cd drive and open it up and take the disk out. You'll need to let the power drain for a few hours first so that you don't get electricuited.

Edit: Actually, sensers answer is probably better so try this if you can't find what senser is talking about.

good question and it actually happened to me on my lap top ... turn the computer off and then turnit back on 2 min after at the time you turn your computer on press and hold down the cd rom button untill it ejects the disk ( usually about 1-2 min after

well u might not have put ur CD in proper. if ther is a Cd in it maby it is jammed inside if yopu know there is no Cd in it press start go to my computer then go to your Cd drive ( the PUIC of a box wit ha CD on it) right click on it and then a menu comes and and press enject if this does not work it might be broken and uwill have to pull it open, but pulling it open can further damage it

There should be a tiny hole, get a paperclip or needle and poke it in there, and it should come out... It's the emergency eject button

Take that one out, Pry it open, go out and buy you one of better quality.
