Double-edged blade. One can not be better than the other. Thinking about it can cause too much pondering and therefore stagnation. Deciding immediately can open up a can of worms and new problems. Although, those problems will be gone eventually. And the problem of pondering will just grow and grow (unless you're lucky and "snap"). Whatever you're choice, your bound to get hurt. And it is a rare person who is able to find a perfect median. Still, if it were up to me? I'd say think THEN decide.

Of course its better to think and then decide base on what u think. Usually u will use "decide n think" when u meet a crucial situation that needs critical thinking.

There's always be a decision. Every tiny thing u do is a decission.. what's more if its a big thing? surely it needs a decision too... its just the matter u can accept ur decission or not. U can't run away forever....

Think, research, think some more, and then make your decision. Just do not try to implement your decision until you have thought some more - this would be closer to when a decision must be made- there could be changes in the facts!

Think and decide so I won't regret it later. Every decison I make won't make me feel regret and I must face what'll happen next...
