No, eating doesn't affect your period very much. Each girl has their own "styles" of period: length of the period, the length between two periods are different. However, if you take some kinds of medicine, your next period may change, maybe later than the usual ones. In my country, people say that during your period, if you drink water from the coconut, your period will be shorter. I haven't tried this, but many people say it works! But the most important thing is, during your period, you should eat more than usual, 'cause at that time, your body is "weak", and needs more energy.

Yes someone who is anorexic or malnourished will have missed periods or reduced periods. This is a very serious condition though because an imbalance in the hormones that regulate the period can cause cancer or osteoporosis (lose of bone strength).

Yes, sometimes what we eat can affect our periods and also how much we hurt. I've met women with endometriosis who have found that if they eat chicken that their endometriosis hurts more afterward than if they ate other things.

If a woman drops under her healthy BMI, she will lose her era. If she encompasses some weight it could return. Please be conscious dropping under bmi isn't a stable approach of birth control. If the female remains underweight for a protracted length of time she will lose her era completely. superb needs.

salty foods make you bloated and hurt more, but when you don't eat enough, then you don't bleed that much. it might be different with others, but that's how it is with me.
