Today has been a long day (as all seven days of the week are at the moment), so sorry for not calling you.
Because of the narrow focus of the Find Madeleine campaign, the fund is not a charity but is a not-for-profit company. It does have the option in the future to become a charity and I know the Fund Administrator is keen to operate to the high standards that British charities meet. I would like to also take this opportunity to explain that I am not an employee of the Fund.
You correctly drew the distinction between a charity and a not-for-profit company. I think maybe sometimes things are lost, or changed, in translation, particularly when a question is answered by a speaker of one language, translated into another and then translated back into the first language. Clearly during a criminal investigation it is important that people do identity themselves so that our communications that can be properly monitored by the police. They re using public (donated) fund just as they please and with the ststus of 'limited company' they can just do that but at least Justine McGuiness could be a little more compassionate. oh, did i say 'compasionate' silly me...cause it looks like no one on team mccann has any compassion.

It just says something to the effects, to mind our own business. That fund is not used to help find Madeleine, it is there for themselves to enjoy as and when. I am so glad I never gave to it. I would rather give the donation to a street beggar, at least he would of said thank you to me.
