I'd say: "no notes or other corrections", and in the second part, "shall be deemed invalid".

I think the second version is more clear, and could be made clearer by stating:
"This down payment guarantee will become invalid, should any additions or alterations be made to it."

The second sentence should be changed to "...shall be deemed invalid," but otherwise, everything is fine.
