average fastball speed in baseball leagues around the world?

what is the average fastball speed in leagues such as the AAA, AA, A and R leagues, the various independant leagues in North America, the European leagues and in the Asian and Australian leagues ?

I would say mid to high 80's, with the harder throwers in the low to mind 90's.

I don't believe information like this is available. However, my guess would be the average speed of a fastball in MLB and all the minor league players around the world would be in the low to mid 80's.
