Even though I really like Christina's voice, I am just curious if she uses the right technique. If you listen to MOST of her songs, she tends to yell alot (belt, scream, scratch vocal etc) to reach her higher registers. Two other things I'd like to know is how does she do that long belt at the beginning of 'Aint No Other Man' (where do you breathe and push the air from)? Finally, when she sings live, why does we warble and growl with some words and notes she tries to hit?

Christina SINGS - I saw her live a few days ago in her Back To Basics concert and I just stood there not believing how talented she is - i nearly cried at the end! She most definitely sings, even those really hard notes that may seem like she's "screaming", she isn't! And the growls just add effect to some of the words. She has a great voice and can reach those near impossible notes so why should she hide it by singing softer? In my opinion she's one of the most talented singers on earth!

Christina Aguilera has a Soparno Spinto , ( which explains her powerful vocals and notes) and a 4 octave range. She's really singing , & at the start of Ain't No Other Man probally natrually & she needs pretty big lungs to sing it. Yes, In live I guess shes just nervous. I nearly cried at the end of her concert becuase Christina has just got such an incredible voice.

I'm not keen on each women.... However Christina has a very unique voice, and voice range is amazing.... So i guess ability-clever, christina has an aspect. .... Christina can sing any beyonce track, however I doubt it if Beyonce can do well in all Christina songs

i'm no longer keen on the two females.... yet Christina has a very diverse voice, and voice selection is staggering.... so i assume expertise-clever, christina has an side. .... Christina can sing any beyonce music, yet I doubt it if Beyonce can do properly in all Christina songs

Christina can definitely sing, she just sings like she's African American, so maybe some people are more atuned to her ...and other's not so much..some can't handle her voice. They prefer she sound like Jessica Simpson, whom I do like, dont' get me wrong, she's just no Christina. Mrs. Aguilera has a beautiful strong powerful voice.

It is just her way of singing and different people have different type of singing style.
