after lunch i take vitamin Pharex (vit. B1, B6, B12)
after dinner i take Ferrous Sulfate (Iron)

Nope, it's not OK. Some vitamins are water soluble, such as vitamin C, meaning you can take as much as you'd like and your body will just get rid of the excess when you take a leak. However, other vitamins are fat soluble, meaning your body stores it...all of it...even it it doesn't need it! And, when it comes to vitamins there IS such a thing as "too much of a good thing". It can actually be bad for you to have too much of a certain vitamin or mineral. So, just take one multi-vitamin a day and you won't have to worry about getting too much, not enough, or overlap in quantities.
