Go to overstock.com and buy 400 + thread count sheets. Good quality, inexpensive, and will last for years. Worth the time and money.
Bed in a bag sheets are usually only 200 thread count.

Usually a comforter set has only the comforter, pillow shams and perhaps a bed ruffle where as a bed in a bag set has the comforter, sheet set and pillow cases. The price difference could be the thread count, the higher the count, the better the set and the higher the price.

Bed in a bag includes: the comforter, flat sheet, fitted sheet usually 2 pillowcases, sometimes a dustruffle and occasionally 2 pillow sham cases. The ones for queen and king beds cost more because they needed more fabric to be made. I hope this helped!

From what I can tell the bed in a bag has the bedskirt/ruffle thingy. Does the comforter set come in queen size also like the bed in a bag does? Those combo sets are nice because they match but the sheets usually aren't of very good quality.

A "bed in a bag" comes as a complete set with a comforter, pillow cases, pillow shams, fitted sheets, flat sheets and a bed skirt.
A comforter set is usually just the comforter, or maybe a comforter plus sheets and pillow cases.

The comforter sets did not include the dust ruffle and some included a body pillow cover, the bed in a bag had the dust ruffle included, but I didn't see the body pillow cover.

It's probably like comforters and pillow covers and other covers for you bed in a bag.
No bed stuff like the pillow and the layers. Would be too heavy lol.
