Oil in the out drive that is 1 of the problems omc had as the boats on a plane the out drive is out of the water getting hot from the exhaust , when you stop the cold water is sucked into the out drive. Try changing an flush real good than try using it . if turn white again than get pressure check for seal leaks.

Filler plug seals are a good place to start.
Don't leave this oil/water mix too long.
Rust pits on bearings & gears can not be removed.

Sounds like water is mixing with the oil, you need to get it to the mechanic pronto..

I would guess a bad seal and water is getting in.
