I was thinking of people I have heard of making things SOME OF THEM hard but then turning to ebay to sell them. Can someone tell me some things that you might be able to make like an entrepreneur and then sell? I had some thoughts on the matter that might work but I am not sure so any advice may help.

You should check out http://www.etsy.com

It's a website to buy & sell all things handmade

I sell paper goods (cards, tags, etc) jewelry, art, photos, hair accessories & supplies for other sellers there.

fees are $0.20 per listing (no matter the price), then 3.5% of the selling price. MUCH cheaper than eBay! & everyone gets 5 photos with every listing!

There are some very talented people who sell stuff they make on Ebay - a chocolate seller springs to mind. His stuff is totally fab! Its very much a case of finding something YOU are good at making, then thinking about selling it.

I had a short spell of selling somethiing that I was making - curtain tiebacks in a certain pattern that weren't available in the shops, but the pattern was being widely used in childrens rooms at the time - very popular. I simply bought quilt covers and made tie backs. They went for a bomb!!

Right place right time matters as well. Good luck
