The first time I told my ex I loved him I looked him straight in the eyes... I was so scared to do it though. Afraid of the reaction I might get. The good thing is that he reciprocated the feeling and it was great... too bad things went sour from that point on...

Yes I have. It's so much easier to tell them with my eyes closed becuz it helps me stop myself from crying from the emotion.
