Ok, the woman I work with falls asleep at night. She does this all the time. She will wake up if I make some sound, but then tries to say that she was listening to the tv and tries to make it sound like she was awake. 1st- she snores 2nd- she tells me what she was supposedly listening to, and it was something that was on like an hour ago. It's kind of a dead giveaway. Anyone else work with someone like this?

Yes. But You should see the look of shock on Her face when I play back the video on My Mobile Phone. She still tries to tell Me that She was just resting Her eyes. Yes, but She was giving Her Mouth a good workout (Snores like an asthmatic Hippopotimous). I tend to let Her rest because a lot of young Nurses are holding down two jobs (Her 'day' job is as a Barmaid). Besides which, You always look after Your staff.

As a matter of fact I work with two of them. I just tell each of them to go in the back catch a 30 min nap one after the other. Its been better around here since. That nap really helps them.

When I was a kid, I went to day-care and this lady always slept and she was supposed to be watching the kids. She got fired finally after one of the toddlers walked outside to the playground and started playing. Kind of funny. :P
