my kitchen sink is s left the house fo 3 hours and it's stocked for some reason and when i turn the disposal on the water comes back so dirty ( nasty) anyone hs an ide I don't even put food in there???/tucked it was working fine this morning i

You have a plug in the "P" trap under the sink, it's backed up into the disposer, you'll have to take your lines apart and clear it out or your going to have continuing problems. There is no easy way to do this and don't put anything down the disposer, it could be dangerous. If the disposer doesn't turn, there's a small hex nut in the middle under the disposer that you can turn with a special Allen wrench, should be one somewhere around there, in a kitchen drawer?

Sounds like something is blocking the U bend under the sink.

At the hardware store you can find a tool that should help. I think goes by the name of clog snagger or something like that. It is plastic, about 24 inches long and has barbs on the side that snag hair and such when you feed it down the drain(not through the disposal)

If the drain piping is plastic you can take it apart and clean it very easily. Don't do this if you have poured chemical drain cleaners down there already.
