I am not sure about your nationality and present country of residence. You should have to contact the consular section of Nigerian embassy for obtaining the visa.
also make sure first this is not related to scam if you have received any offer from Nigeria.

You get your work visa from the nearest Nigerian consulate or embassy, but only if your future employer has applied for you.
You need to attach this "cable" (telex / fax) to your application.
The work permit will be issued in Nigeria by the relevant authorities (depends on location/province of your work place).
Your future employer should know all these details and arrange all these things for you. If he doesn't, it's a 419 scam.
