King In Hell.
Because according to the holy Faerun doctrines (citing Neverwinter Nights) the rulers of Hell each have a level to themselves. I myself, would hopefully claim kingship over the Eighth Level, where the knower of Names resides, so I may use my endless hellish riches to buy the true names of anyone and everyone I ever wanted, and so I could then expand my influence and crush the Daemons of chaos (I would certainly be a Devil, who is Lawful).
Naturally, as a slave in heaven all I would do is serve the whimsical self-centred desires of all the people who 'obeyed' god for all their life. Pshht. not a chance, There is no independance, no fun.. just an eternity of Gods strict laws. You can bring fairer laws to hell if you were it's king!

From all that is said there is no hierarchy at either place.
It is rather like: go now pay later, or advance payment for a good discount.
One can whoop it up (Raise hell?) and have a no holds barred, rip roaring time on earth for three score and ten(?) years and go to Hell and pay for it through eternity.
Alternatively, one can slave here for the same period, working fingers to the bone being good to boot on top of it, and go to Heaven for a palm frond waving (Grass skirt, hula hoop?) easy time for all time.
After all, having eaten the (Forbidden) apple one has free will and can choose the package.

Slave in heaven?
I don't think there is such a thing. In my opinion, when one is in heaven, it is impossible for you to be a slave. Slave and heaven are two incompatible terms in my point of view.
but for this question... i'll go for slave in heaven

A slave in Heaven, hands down, because I would still be in the presence of God. People who are in Hell are miserable no matter what position they're in, including Satan.
