You can call your internet service provider and they'll be able to help step you through it over the phone.

You can do it through the control panel or, from within Outlook go to Tools / Email Accounts or Account Settings depending on your version.

You should hav given your email-id so that i could have explained it . . any way call the engineer and get it done ..
