Yes, we do understand that. The real question is do GOP loyalists realize that politics is not a football game and that people who disagree with you are not an opposing team to boo and try to beat but other Americans who are just as patriotic but see things in a different light? Obama raised his money almost entirely from supporters alone: both times. That should tell you how many people genuinely support him: most gave what little they could: even only $5. At last count he had 250,000 people who donated to the campaign.
He is for an American government by and for the people: rather than big money politics. He also taught Constitutional Law.
There is a reason why so many people like him and so many are going to great lengths to try and turn people against him (i.e. the fake "Obama is a Muslim" email being passed around): check it our for yourself.
Read his book "The Audacity of Hope"-even if you don't plan on voting for him it gives you great insight to his character and just how much in touch he is with regular Americans wants and needs. And he has some really great ideas.
He is also the only candidate so far to make his tax records public so that we can see where his money comes from.
He believes in making the government more visible to the average American, for example: by posting bills online 72 hours before they will be voted upon, and making it public knowledge which politicians take money from lobbyists to vote for certain things that may/may not be in the publics best interest.
Hillary's money has come from big donations from corporations, lobbyists and PACs: she will have to vote for and implement things those groups want as a way of paying them back for their support.

No they do not; go to You Tube or watch Hillary's little Soprano Commercial. My opipion is Ron Paul is the only suitable candidite for both parties. For anyone who is an American citizen who wants to taste what Freedom is like. Like the Freedom our forefathers had planned for our country. Just read Ron Paul's speeches to the speaker of the house and you will realize that this is the America that should be searched out. All I can say is our country is going down a slippery slope to losing our soveriegnty already, yet out of the darkness Ron Paul has decided to run for President I only hope and pray and beg to everyone that he gets elected into office.

People today don't care or know how a candidate stands on an issue. They vote on the basis of who is popular with their friends, how they look, dress, and now their gender and race. There are voters out there you say they are voting Hilary JUST because she's a woman and some who are voting Obama JUST because he's black. Our next President may be elected because people are worried about being PC. That is a pity.
