How do you feel when you look up into the starry night sky?

I feel a terrible sense of longing and wonder who else is looking up at the starry sky... and oh, why, oh why, can't we bet together?

That's a good question, We moved from the city to the country and the other night I said to the wife, usually when in the city you can't see the stars,but out here in the country you would expect to see millions of them,we were so disappointed cause there seemed to be less out here and we don't have the smog just clean fresh air,so I ask where have all the stars gone?

Funny. I was just out at the ocean the other night and the sky was sooo clear that the stars were so bright it was overwhelming,and there were 2 shooting stars and the second one was so bright and lasted so long you could have made 4 wishes on it. But to answer your question, I feel ...........,I don't know. AWESTRUCK. Ya, that's it.

When I can look up into a clear sky full of stars, it makes me feel very small and insignificant. I love to sky watch!

I love it. It's easy to find Jupiter and Saturn. I have an amateur telescope and it's fun to see galaxies and the planets, but those 2 are my favorite to watch.

Relieved that in the end I am so small, and there is so much more to know, and see, and experience. It is beautiful to realize how unimportant you are, in the end.
