Pilates work great. You can take a class, buy a dvd, or buy cd's and listen to the instructions. Pilates will have you in great shape in no time.
If you would rather stick with regular stretches.............
The basic streches work amazing too:
1. Abs - crunches, situps (you want a long lean body)
2. Arms- weights (light weights you don't want big bulky arms)
3. Legs - plié ( for inner thighs), other barre work too. Lie on back and alternate bringing legs over your head and back to the floor.
4. Feet - basic pointe and flex works great
:)

anything. you dont have to do something related to cheerleading or dance. also, cheerleaders and dancers focus on developing muscles and strength differently. so you cant really say... but i would recommend pilates.
