Yes you have to enable the Flash Player to use the Flash Plug-in in the PSP browser and you have to be able to go online at least one time to do so.

You do have to enable the flash player since that how the pspwxp works.im pretty sure u know how to enable the flash player but anways:

1. Turn on the psp.
2. Then go to settings look for system settings the click scroll down untill u get to Enable Flash Player.
3. Click it and enable it but u have to have internet access.
4. Now u have to go to Internet Browser Press the triangle button then go to tools click it go to Settings.
5. On settings go to View Settings click it make sure that everything is on.
6.Also make sure ur homepage is set to file:/pspwxp/index.htm in order for it to work.
7. go to hompage and check if it works.

Of course, you need to activate your flash player because pspwxp is a flash file. and of course it depends on the software version of your psp coz i think v2.6 and above only support flash!
