It's a group of super heroes that put their fists together. I think they might have rings on their fingers or something. I think it might have been a cartoon or something, and I vaguely remember it. Does anyone know the name of it?

The Wonder Twins were the sidekicks to The Super Friends. They would put their rings together and say.....
'Wonder twins power ACTIVATE". Then one would turn into a useless thing like an Ice Cube and the other one would turn into an Eagle or something and actually solve the problem.
They also had a pet space monkey that would come along and sometimes help.
The super friends were:
Superman
Batman
Wonder Woman
Aquaman
The Flash
Etc....

While everybody else is PROBABLY correct to say it was the wonder twins, I want to suggest something else just in case that's not it. The Green Lantern Corps sometimes showed them all charging their rings at once at the Central Power Battery... they were all wearing rings and they all recited their oaths at once, and I now that several different Green lanterns have been animated, so just maybe this could be it.

captain planet kids. Or the wonder twins. Depends. The First one were trying to save to world from polution and the second one were twins that morphed into things but the girl was the only one to morph into useful things

Captain Planet was the name of the cartoon. but they were the planeteers.. earth wind fire water && heart.
i used to watch that show religiously as a kid.
