When people say they're going to "jump in the shower"? Do they actually "Jump"?

When they say 'going to jump in the shower', they don't literally mean to jump. It is just an expression or a figure of speech. What they actually mean is they are going to take a quick shower.

Stepping is good. Very good. Jumping ... not so much. Risky business. BUT, if you have those groovy stick 'em non-slip strips all over the floor of your shower or bathtub, go for it. With my luck I'd still slip, end up with a concussion ... oh ... the embarrassment ... especially at my age.

I dance. lol. I usually have the music on. That was THEEE most hilarious question of the evening. Kudos. It's like the little thing people say when waking people up, like mY gramma says it all the time, "Jump up darling." Sorry, I just woke up, I'm not even thinking about jumping. LOL.

I sprint down the hall and cartwheel over the shower rod and into the tub. I used to accidentally take the curtain with me before I finally wised up and took it down.

I usually try to step also, but lately I've busted my butt a few times getting in and getting out. I look like a battered woman sometimes.
