He doesn't need them when he's that close. He doesn't want to bend or break them. And he changes from Clark Kent to Superman when he takes his classes off.

Glasses have a way of jabbing you in the eye when you're intimate with someone. It hurts.
One can't be that blind to wear glasses. If your husband is wearing non-prescriptive sun glasses at night, then he definitely is going blind.

Well, here's a good chance to actually converse with your husband.
Failing that, I'll offer up some observations:
1)pushing your face against someone elses while wearing glasses tends to smush the glasses. Try putting on some sunglasses and give him a kiss to test this one out.
2)being sweaty and hot tends to steam up one's glasses. I have no idea if sweaty and hot comes into play in your intimacy, but it does in mine. Sweaty fogged up glasses are as good as blind.
3)sex is usually just as good when you can't see as when you can.
4)maybe he just likes it that way?

Glasses can get in the way when things get down and dirty. Besides, sex is just as good for the blind man as for the sighted.

I'm blind as a bat without my glasses, and I take mine off too......have you seen the prices of glasses lately?? Plus, if mine break, I don't have a backup pair.

Its much more comfortable without them and breaking or bending them is also an issue. Tell him you think his glasses are sexy and you want him to leave him on - betcha he will or give you a really good reason why he takes them off.

Haha I'm the same!
(blind with my glasses too)
Its better to take em off, cause having them on..well its not all that great,it can bump someone, get thrown off and damaged,scratched...basically,they get in the way.
Better to take them off and enjoy..
No pun intended.

I do the same thing. My glasses just tend to get in the way most of the time, it's just more comfortable with them off.

I don't know why he does it, but I can tell you why I do it. They get in the way. Sweat will bead up on them and they are more of a nuisance when you are trying to kiss or do some "closer work". Plus, they are incredibly uncomfortable when you are laying on your side.
