My favorite 'real' villain was Mark Harmon as Ted Bundy. My favorite 'fake' villain was Hannibal Lector.

Gotta say Darth Vader. That scene in Empire Strikes Back when Han Solo and the others walk into the room with Vader, and he blocks the blaster fire with his hand then rips the blaster out of Solo's hand is classic! Gotta be one of my faves of all time.

I agree with GIR's Doom Song, its gotta be Johnny Depp in secret window. OMG he scared the hell out of me- he seriously looked psycho. Johnny never do another movie like that...no no much too scary.
