some women can start showing with a small pooch at 4 months but you really start to show at 5 to 6 months.

Every woman is different. It will depend on body type and the number of children she has had. For example very slender and petite woman will show alot earlier that a tall heavier woman. I am 5'7 and weighed about 200 lbs when I got pregnant with my first child and did not start to show until I was almost 6 months,

Depends on weight, height, build and number of pregnancies. On average, first time pregancy generally won't show until after 4 months unless the woman has a very slight build. Women who have had prior pregnancies often show as early as barely 3 months. Overweight women can often go 6 months before showing. Believe it or not, I've met some wmoen at the Women's Clinic within a week of due date that you'd never know they were pregnant. One gal had never needed larger jeans and she had an 8 pounder. They tend to be over 5'10". There were photos of my grandmother (5'11") and she didn't show until the final month.

For me, it was around 3 1/2 - 4 months with all three of my babies. Definately not at the moment of conception (like the 1st comment says). Where did she get that info from anyway?

Usually around 16-20 weeks. A woman who is skinnier will show sooner, because her belly is growing out, but a heavier woman make take a few extra weeks to show as her belly is already out there.

It depends on several factors, including weight gain and muscle tone. I believe it is usually around four month, although some women don't show until much later and some show earlier.

it doesnt just depend on body type but also where the baby is situated and how big your baby is. i carried mine closer to my back and i didnt show until i was almost 8 months! She was only 6p9on
My sister showed almost immediatly and her son was 8p10on.

i knew a pizza waitress who kept her pregnancy a secret over 7 months cuz she just didn't want all the gossip.
well she would TRY to hold in her belly, etc. only a few close friends knew, (the father was the restaurant owner, who was married with kids)
